Our Story
Since 1889, Tyler Manor has stood above the Waterville Valley, overlooking the quaint southern Oneida County village with grace and charm for over 130 years. Visible for miles on the Western Sanger Hill, its' history is a fascinating tale that includes one of the Wealthiest Men in America, the first American Government Exploration of Alaska, A Pioneering Retired U.S. Army General, a U.S. Ambassador to Austria, a New York State Assemblyman, a Renowned Philanthropist and Museum namesake, the State of Minnesota, the City of Philadelphia, Harvard University, and even President John F. Kennedy.

Unlike any other area dining experience, Tyler Manor offers breathtaking views and excellent cuisine from Feast and Festivities by O'Connor's. Enjoy our famous Smoked Old Fashion from Old Home Distillers in our Tower Tavern or Blonde on Tap from Good Nature Brewing. Take in the scenery and learn the history of Southern Oneida County's most worldly event facility. Reservations encouraged but not required for our Wednesday-Friday Dinner Service.
