Tyler Manor offers the private and exclusive use of our grounds and facilities for your wedding reservation for up to 75 guests indoors, which includes tables, chairs, linens, all glassware and china. The entire facility is reserved for your wedding only! Other amenities offered at additional rates can include a multi-day use and enjoyment of the 5 acre Tyler Manor estate, outdoor ceremony with photo ops, use of the Charlemagne Dining Room for your rehearsal dinner (Friday), Overnight Accommodations at The Lodge, Tent Camping, Catering, and Bar Service.

-Friday Rehearsal Dinner (Space Only, food and beverage service not included)
-Full Grounds access for Pictures
-Saturday Reception (75 Guest max, includes tables, chairs, linens, place settings, glassware, silverware, and china Only)

$7500.00 plus applicable taxes and catering, 50% Deposit Required to Reserve.

-4 Hour Saturday Facility Rental- $3500.00
-5 Night Lodge Rental- $2000.00 (Includes Cleaning Fee)
-Ceremony w/ Chairs & Arbor, Early Decorating Access- $1500.00 (with Facility Rental Only)
-Friday Rehearsal Dinner- $750.00 (with Facility Rental Only, Catering TBD)
